Bath? Check. Views? Check. Wifi? You got the idea. Same goes for: Kitchen, Towels, Soap, Electric Window and Shade openers (with auto rain detection and closing). You can run on the nearby streets, the cars are driving here seldomly. The pond is also a cool thing after your run ;)
